With a strong background in business strategy, Maureen approaches every real estate transaction as part of a long-term wealth-building plan. She steers young couples toward starter properties poised for appreciation, and counsels established families navigating their next chapter.
Even amid SF's rental restrictions, she identifies the openings — single-family homes where demand outpaces supply, and multi-family or commercial holdings primed for income. Increasingly she helps clients fund their children's education and their own retirements through carefully selected income properties across Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa, Sacramento, and the greater Bay Area.
Maureen holds a Bachelor's in Economics and History from Carnegie Mellon and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. With over 30 years in business and nearly 20 in real estate investing, she is uniquely qualified to deliver sound counsel for your next purchase or sale.
